Ingredients
Icing sugar400g
Peeled almonds400g
Egg white1
Liquid food colouringto taste
 
 
 
 
 

Preparation

After peeling the almonds, dry them and grind them into a very fine flour. Use the egg white to make the mixture by adding the almond flour with the icing sugar until you have a consistent dough. Create the decorative shapes you wish: figs, apples etc. Paint with liquid food colouring. If you wish to make the recipe richer, the shapes can be filled with sweet egg cream.
